About Brad:

Brad has almost two decades of working with a variety of non-profit organizations.  He is also a former small business owner.  Brad was the President/CEO of the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce for almost 4 years.  Before that, he served for 9 years with the Midland Chamber of Commerce (Texas) as the Executive Vice President of Tourism & Facilities. Beyond his professional career, Brad and his wife enjoy traveling and exploring new places together. After nearly two decades of work in Texas, they are beginning a new chapter in the Pacific Northwest.

He previously served the City of Spokane for 17 years as Chief Financial Officer, bringing deep institutional knowledge and a steady, disciplined approach to complex financial and policy challenges. Beyond his professional work, Gavin is an adventurer at heart and a family man to his core—values that shape his leadership style and reinforce his commitment to building a strong, resilient future for Spokane and the region.
