ESBA Mission

At the East Spokane Business Association, our mission is clear: To support the East Spokane Business District by preserving and improving its unique facilities, infrastructure, and commercial interests.

ESBA's Boundaries

  • On the South - 13th Avenue
  • On the East - Havana Street
  • On the West - Division Street

History of ESBA

Founded in 2003, the East Spokane Business Association (ESBA) was created to advocate for businesses, property owners, and neighborhood investment along the East Sprague corridor. Through collaboration, advocacy, and community leadership, ESBA has helped drive revitalization efforts and continues to support the economic vitality of East Spokane.
