History of ESBA
Founded in 2003, the East Spokane Business Association (ESBA) was created to advocate for businesses, property owners, and neighborhood investment along the East Sprague corridor. Through collaboration, advocacy, and community leadership, ESBA has helped drive revitalization efforts and continues to support the economic vitality of East Spokane.
